The holidays are coming – here’s an easy gift idea to make a Lavender Linen Spray
For this DIY project you will need:
- 1 Tablespoon of Isopropyl alcohol
- 20 Drops of lavender essential oil
- Filled bottle of distilled water
Optional: Cut a fresh sprig of lavender and wrap it around the bottle with ribbon.
The details: In a 4-oz (o.1-liter) glass bottle, combine all ingredients.
Blend together by shaking the bottle, and shake well before each use.
Spray on pillows and sheets before you get into bed for a restful night’s sleep.
