But, now your house smells like a gym?
Here are a few tips to keep the STINK to a minimum:
- Wear antiperspirant. It prevents sweating and reduces moisture.
- Wash your workout clothes as soon as you’re finished.
- Air shoes out after your workouts, wash them monthly and then air-dry outside.
- Open your WINDOWS to let fresh air in!
- Breathe in. Smile. Breathe out. Repeat!
