Tuesday’s Tip — Deal With Gym Odors

Lucky You!  You have a home gym, and you’ve been working out regularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Congrats! 

But, now your house smells like a gym?

Here are a few tips to keep the STINK to a minimum:

  • Wear antiperspirant.  It prevents sweating and reduces moisture.
  • Wash your workout clothes as soon as you’re finished.
  • Air shoes out after your workouts, wash them monthly and then air-dry outside.
  • Open your WINDOWS to let fresh air in!
  • Breathe in.  Smile.  Breathe out.  Repeat!
